Shipping
No In Store Pickup. Please Email Us if you have any questions.
For shipping costs, just add the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart. On the Shopping Cart screen there is a box that says Calculate Shipping Rates, just enter your State and Zip Code and click Recalculate. There will be a Drop Down box that shows you the various shipping options and charges available to you.

Should you choose to pay via credit card no copy, electronic or written, will be kept. For repeat customers who do want their information kept on file,
our shopping cart will securely store this data for future orders or

Refund/Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day Money Back
Guarantee on all products we offer. Please call customer service
at 800-681-8218 or Email Us within 30 days of the purchase date to discuss returning or exchanging an item. We only allow returns and exchanges on unopened and re-sellable items. We will gladly exchange items for another product as long as it's within 30 days from purchase date.
FREE SHIPPING ITEMS WHICH ARE RETURNED:
If an item which was ordered under our "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders may be cancelled prior to shipping or delivery. You can either call customer service at 800-681-8218 to cancel or via My Accounts and use the Change quantities / cancel order option.
Out of Stock Policy
Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for
purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will
be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again,
most items arrive within 2 weeks and we'll call you once they are available.

Doggiez Best reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Doggiez Best shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Doggiez Best without notice at any time, for any reason.
